Leveraging Resources

When do we get someone or something else to do it?

Most risk-averse people are unwilling to spend money on ventures because there is a risk they may lose money. I am of the opinion that if there is slack in your schedule that you will with items of no value, then it is better for you to learn the trade than it is for you to pay someone to do it.

I am convinced that success can be built when one person has the ability to create something out of nothing. I believe in reinvestment and leverage. However, I don't believe in hiring other people the first time you try to build something.

After all, you don't even know how it is supposed to be done. Figure that out first and then outsource.

Get someone else to do it when you know what a good job looks like.
